有没有地藏本愿经白话文?谢谢。
Hope that this video clip will help you to understand the sutra better.
When I first read this sutra, I was doubtful because some of the descriptions were quite disgusting and eerie but now I believe every word that was said in this sutra because there was someone who was a non Buddhist and a non Chinese saw the behaviour of the sentiment beings in the ghost realm. Her descriptions were the same as being described in this sutra, if not, more disgusting and more eerie. She could not have read this sutra as she's a non Buddhist and non Chinese.

Buddhists believe that hell is just like heaven, it is not eternal.
Until the Hells are empty, I vow not to become a Buddha, Only after all living beings are saved, will I myself attain Bodhi. — Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva
Recite Nanmo Guan Shi Yin Pusa or Nanmo Amituofo for peace of mind. Very effective. Many people have mistaken that Amituofo is for the dead. In fact, it benefits more for the living than the dead.
念一句阿弥陀佛, 能消无量劫罪, 也能增无量无边福。< 南无光寿安乐阿弥陀佛 >
Just chant the name Amituofo once , is able to eradicate immeasurable eons of sin/negative karma and gain immeasurable and boundless blessings.

Followings are the exact words (in Chinese) that we recite in temples when we repent for the wrongdoings we had done in our many past lives and present life.
往昔所造诸恶业,皆由无始贪嗔痴,从身语意之所生,一切我今皆忏悔。
All the wrongdoings in the past were due to endless greed, aversions and attachments, committed through our deeds, speech and thoughts, I repent for all the wrongdoings I had done.
We hymn in the temple as per what is shown in the video clip below :
